I am a massage therapist, craniosacral therapy practitioner, death doula and artist who strives to give each client relationship, therapeutic situation, and project my full attention. I want to ensure that you feel cared for without fear of judgment.

The belief that unifies all of my work is that our awareness of death inspires our passion for life. Sharing this perspective with others is a motivating force behind my work.

I graduated from Fortis Institute's massage therapy program in 2023 after working for more than a decade as an art director and graphic designer. My craniosacral therapy training continues with the Upledger Institute and I have completed focused training in geriatric massage. My death doula training began in 2018. Currently, I am a hospice volunteer with Gilchrist.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a great way to let your body know that it is loved and appreciated, as well as an opportunity for stillness. Sessions will be customized to your specific needs and may include techniques from the following modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, reflexology and assisted stretching. 60-, 90-, and 120-minutes.
Craniosacral Therapy
This is a gentle, non-invasive technique that works with the natural rhythms of your body to promote relaxation and healing. By gently manipulating the craniosacral system, this therapy can help to release tension and improve the functioning of your central nervous system. Dedicated craniosacral sessions may be booked for 60-minutes.
Mobile Massage Therapy
I travel to facilities and hospices to provide massage and craniosacral therapy for those in need, for their loved ones and caregivers. Part of my mission is to make pain relief and comfort care available for anyone, during any stage of life. Travel to personal residences may be possible for established clients.
Remembrance Artwork
As an extension of my death doula work, I am available to accept commissions for remembrance artwork, including contemporary memorial hairwork, hand-dipped and hand-painted beeswax candles, repurposed sentimental textiles, and legacy projects.
